Welcome to Fiture

Congratulations on your new Fiture! We recommend securing your Fiture to your wall before working out, especially if you have children or pets. You can use the included stand mount hardware, or request a wall mount for the most secure setup.
We currently offer two shipping options when you check out:
1. Free UPS shipping
2. Professional delivery and installation with our partners at RXO ($250)
If you would like to wall mount your Fiture, please contact support@fiture.com as soon as you order your device. If you chose UPS delivery at checkout, your wall mount kit will be shipped separately from your device. If you chose professional delivery and installation, your wall mount kit will be provided to our logistics partner for delivery with your device. If you decide you want a wall mount at a later point, contact support@fiture.com and we'll ship the wall mount kit directly to you.

Installing your Fiture

Securing your Fiture with the included stand mount or the wall mount kit is simple. Please follow the included directions to ensure your fitness mirror is securely mounted. If you have any questions, email us at support@fiture.com.

Warranty information

If you choose not to wall anchor or wall mount your Fiture fitness mirror, your Limited Warranty will remain intact. However, any defects, damage or failure arising from choosing not to wall anchor or wall mount your device will not be covered by Fiture's Limited Warranty. Per our Terms and Conditions, Fiture will not be liable for any injury or property damage arising out of any installation other than a professionally installed wall mount or wall anchor.
If you choose to self-install your Fiture, your Limited Warranty will remain intact. Please note that in accordance with Fiture's Terms of Service, Fiture will not be liable for any injury or property damage arising from any installation or relocation of the Fiture fitness mirror performed by anyone other than our partner technicians or designated Fiture employees.

1. Do you offer wall mounting installation with delivery?

We do! Just make sure to select professional delivery on the checkout page, and your wall mount kit will be provided to our logistics partner for delivery with your device. You can also install the wall mount by following the provided instructions and referring to the installation videos above. If you didn't select a wall mount during checkout, but decide you want to wall mount your Fiture, please contact our support team at support@fiture.com to request a wall mount kit.

2. How do I set up my Fiture if I don't want to wall mount it?

If you choose not to wall mount your Fiture, we recommend securing it using the included wall anchor and stand mount. Follow the instructions and refer to our installation videos above to set it up.

3. How much space do I need to use my Fiture device?

We recommend a yoga mat's worth of space between you and your Fiture, with room to move comfortably side to side, roughly twenty-five square feet. You can adjust the height of your Fiture as you prefer — as long as you can see your entire body reflected, our Motion Engine™ can follow your movements.
